Darragh has worked at Irmgard’s for her entire professional career. She graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2004 and was lucky enough to land a job that was her perfect fit. The relationships she has forged with her clients is her favorite part, and making the people she cares about look beautiful is the icing on the cake! ‘I truly feel like I have never “worked” a day in my life! ‘

Monique has been a licensed cosmetologist for 15 years. She pursued beauty school after going to school for business. Her passions in life are her 3 little girls, 3 dogs, anything leopard print, and sunny places with palm trees. She loves to create anything with color & foils, especially vibrant reds!

Lisa, previous co-owner of Irmgard’s Salon, has been a hairdresser for 39 years. Through her many years of education and salon experience, she enjoys making her clients look and feel their best. Lisa has been married to her husband Nick, for 32 years with their 3 amazing children, daughter-in law and 2 cute doggies!

Ammie is the salon firecracker! She has been a hairstylist for over 20 years and is a fearless artist. Specializing in texturized haircuts and beautiful colors, Ammie will always have you leaving the salon feeling confident!

Nancy has been a stylist for 43 years and along her journey, she has been an Esthetician and acquired a Barber’s license. She really enjoys every aspect of her job, especially the clients she has met along the way! She loves to travel with her husband and couch time with her 16 year old pup. A good Cosmo doesn’t hurt either!

Nancy has worked for Irmgard’s for 47 years and have loved every minute of it. Her clients have turned into family members. She hopes to continue working until she no longer has fun!

Michelle has been a major part of our Irmgard’s family for over 30 years though she has clearly found the fountain of youth in her travels. She enjoys making strong connections with her clients while making them feel beautiful. Color/foils and cutting long hair is what she specializes in and is always up for a challenge!

Hi! I’m Ashlynn, a 28-year-old stylist with 8 years of experience in the hair industry. For the past 7 years, I’ve been a part of the team at Irmgard’s Salon, where I now serve as the stylist manager. I specialize in balayage, highlights, fun color transformations, rich dark tones, and I’ve recently started working with tape and hair extensions to help clients achieve their dream hair. My goal is to create a space where you can unwind, feel pampered, and leave feeling like the best version of yourself.

A little about me - I’m married to my husband, whom I’ve been with for 9 amazing years, and we share our home with three fur babies. When I’m not in the salon, I love spending time outdoors and riding motorcycles.

Cathy has been a hairstylist at Irmgard’s for the past 37 years. She has always loved her work and making people look and feel good about themselves. She enjoys most hair services and loves learning and keeping up with the latest trends.

Fortunately it's been a great fit for having a family and bringing up her three children.

At Irmgard’s the girls she has worked with now and throughout the years, have made it especially easy to stay with and it's amazing how work friends turn into people you genuinely don't want to go through life without.

In 2005 I graduated hairdressing school but did take 9 years off. When I am not working, I LOVE to be with my family. We love to go to Disney and camping!

I’m a 25 year old mama of one sweet little girl (Dani). I’m a tennis player, country music fan & my favorite season is FALL. I LOVE to shop, I could shop all day if no one stopped me. My favorite color is pink & something I love to do but don’t do enough is paint.

I first got into hair when I was around 12/13 years old. I lost my mom when I was in 6th grade & had just started middle school. My mom always did my hair for me as a little girl, so needless to say I had no clue what I was doing. I knew I had to take matters into my own hands. I started to look things up on YouTube & quickly realized that doing hair came naturally to me. I loved it.

I can proudly say that I completed cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell & graduated in July of 2023! Having my daughter saved me from going to school during covid & motivated me even more to follow my dreams. She’s my biggest blessing.

I’m 100% a perfectionist in the salon. I love creating “perfect” blondes, coppers & balayages. I’m definitely most passionate about my blondes & specialize in blonding. I can’t wait to get to know all of you more, see y’all in my chair!

Lauren is a social butterfly who loves to make her clients look and feel beautiful. She graduated from Toni & Guy in 2016 and is so passionate about the beauty industry and keeping up with the latest trends. She absolutely loves highlighting, coloring and Brazilian blowouts.

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with the people she loves enjoying a meal at a new restaurant.

Marea was a dental assistant for many years specializing in cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery and perio but always felt her true calling would be in the beauty industry! Marea made the career change in 2022 and has dove head first for her passion of skin and brow services! Her favorite services are brow mapping/shaping, brow lamination, brow tint, lactic acid peels, oxygen rx facial, Australian antioxidant super berry facial, raspberry and cocoa enzyme facials!

Marea is currently an advanced apprentice for Microblading which she is hoping to bring to the salon when her apprenticeship is completed along with other permanent make up services.

When she is not in her spa room or microblading, Marea is hanging with her dogs, snowboarding, at the gym, seeking out music festivals and concerts, traveling, planning trips with her friends, binging Love Island UK and hoping Blink 182 will come back to New England. Her favorite color is black, lover of anything spooky or true crime and will never pass up a coffee!

Tara is a lover of art, the outdoors, and animals. She really enjoys working with her hands, gardening, cooking, and doing hair, of course! Some of her specialties include cutting, coloring, and highlighting. She truly values her time spent with clients, helping them to look and feel their best!
