Cancellation Policy:

Recently we have been experiencing an influx of last minute cancellations and no shows. We understand situations arise but due to this we are revising our cancellation policy as well as requiring a credit card on file upon booking. In booking your appointment, we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged 50% of your service. All NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the missed service.
To cancel an appointment please call the salon and speak to the receptionist or leave a message and someone will promptly get back to you. We value our team of talented individuals and they deserve to have their livelihood protected.
